Shahi is seeking a Sr. Executive in Trims Sourcing, based in Bengaluru. The candidate will handle sourcing trims, RFID, poly bag stickers, and labels, and coordinate with vendors to meet tight timelines. Responsible for online and offline order placement, and maintaining order details in Google Drive across buyers.

The role requires 6–10 years of experience in Garment/Apparel and a graduation degree. Strong logistics coordination and PO/indent follow-up are essential for success.

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience in trims sourcing and vendor coordination.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing trims, RFID, poly bag stickers, and labels within timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely orders.
• Place online and offline orders for trims.
• Maintain order details with status in Google Drive across buyers.
• Follow up on POs and indents; manage pending lists.
• Coordinate logistics and attend to stores complaints.
• Record GRN and bill bookings.
