Job summary

Shahi is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Export Logistics in Bengaluru. The role focuses on reconciliation, DBK handling, port- and customs-related documentation, and MIS reporting to ensure accurate and timely product exports for the garment/textile sector.

The candidate should have 8-13 years in export logistics, with strong experience in DBK, IGST, ROC/ROSL processes and coordination with CHA and customs to resolve discrepancies and expedite shipments.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• 8-13 years in export logistics or garment/ textile industry preferred.
• Experience with DBK, ROSL Supl and related customs processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and manually calculate DBK, apply DBK/ROSL Supl, and prepare DBK query replies.
• Prepare manual supplementary documents and reconciliation sheets.
• Coordinate with customs/CHA for supplementary follow-ups.
• Update MIS report and IEC summaries for export consignments.
• Create port-wise concordance tables and follow up with customs.
• Follow up with CHA, forwarders and customs to clear EGM and stuffing, closing gateway EGM.
• Download and review month/port/state wise validation reports.
• Generate and compile port-wise pending shipping bill details from ICEGATE and logistics module.
• Reconcile IGST received vs. eligible claims.
• Prepare BOT for automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with rebate team for IGST/GSTR-1 & 3B documents.

Roles and responsibilities

• Reconciliation & Manual calculation of DBK, applying of DBK / ROSL Supl and Arranging DBK Query Reply Documents.
• Manual Calculation & Preparing Manual Supplementary Documents.
• Supplementary Folowup with Concern Customs / CHA.
• Updating MIS Report & IEC Summary.
• Preparing Port Wise Concordance Table and follow up with customs.
• Follow up with CHA, Forwarders and Customs for Clearing all EGM & Stuffing Pending, Closing Gateway EGM.
• Downloading Month, Port & State Wise Validation Report
• Generating & Compiling port wise pending shipping bill details from ICEGATE & Logistic Module.
• Reconcilatioin of IGST Received v/s Eligible
• Preparing BOT for Automation
• Followup with Rebate team for getting documents for clearing IGST Error 9 GSTR-1 & 3B
• DBK mismatch in SB O/s System Advised by AR Team ( Clarification for AR Query)
