Job summary

Shahi is seeking an Executive - Sampling IE in Hulimavu, Bengaluru. The role requires 3-5 years of garment manufacturing experience and involves SAM calculations, daily efficiency reporting, and style analysis for major brands. You will coordinate with NQA and merchandisers, track indent changes, and manage batch commitments.

On-site work at Hulimavu, Bengaluru, with a focus on process improvement, efficiency tracking, and detailed reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in garment manufacturing.
• Any graduation is acceptable.
• Experience with sampling IE and coordination with merchandisers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• SAM calculation for each indent per sample and sketch.
• Daily efficiency report and target sheet preparation for higher authorities.
• Style analysis reports for EB, J Jill & Kohls.
• Coordinate sample review with NQA to address callouts, bulk feasibility and method simplification.
• Indent follow-up to implement changes from previous samples.
• Daily loading and output entry to prepare batch commitment sheet.
• Monthly consolidated efficiency reports for Unit 12 and Hassan sampling.
• Monitor sewing machine details and updates.

• Daily Efficiency report & Target sheet making and forwarding to higher authorities
• Style Analysis Report making for EB, J Jill & Kohls
• Sample review with NQA to get callouts, bulk feasibility and method simplification and communicate same with merchant
• Indent follow up to amend the changes required in previous sample
• Daily loading & Output entry to make batch commitment sheet
• Monthly Consolidated Efficiency Report making for Unit 12 & Hassan sampling and forwarding to higher authorities
• Sewing machine details monitoring & updating
