Job summary

Medanta is seeking an accomplished professional to develop and manage the referral network across the Alwar territory. You will build strong relationships with referring doctors, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare professionals to generate high-quality patient referrals for hospital specialties, while coordinating care and delivering excellent service.

You will conduct regular visits, organize CME events and outreach activities, and monitor referral performance to meet territory targets.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes and hospitals.
• Proven network development and patient referral generation experience in healthcare.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for CME events and outreach programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with referring doctors and healthcare professionals across Alwar.
• Identify and develop new referral sources and strengthen existing referral relationships.
• Generate patient referrals for key hospital specialties and services.
• Conduct regular doctor visits and communicate hospital capabilities and treatment offerings.
• Understand referral patterns, market potential and competitor activity within Alwar.
• Coordinate with consultants and clinical departments to ensure smooth handling of referred patients.
• Facilitate appointments, admissions, investigations and treatment coordination for referred patients.
• Maintain regular follow-up with referring doctors and provide timely feedback on referred patients.
• Organize and participate in CME meetings, doctor engagement programs, health camps and outreach activities.
• Develop territory-wise referral plans and achieve referral and revenue targets.
• Track referral business, conversion, specialty-wise performance and doctor-wise contribution.
• Share regular MIS and market intelligence with the reporting manager.
• Ensure high-quality service and relationship management to strengthen long-term referral partnerships.
• Identify opportunities for increasing referrals in key specialties such as Cardiac Sciences, Oncology, Neurosciences, Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Renal Sciences and other hospital specialties.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and ethical standards while undertaking referral marketing activities.
• Perform other business development activities as assigned by management.
