Job summary

Yusen Logistics (I) Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for Executive - Quality, based in Kheda.

The role focuses on supporting warehouse projects, developing and enforcing SOPs, and performing QC and facility audits. You will monitor procedures from receipt through dispatch and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should have an engineering background, CAD and Six Sigma certification, and exposure to WMS/SAP ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with CAD and Six Sigma certification is desirable.
• Experience in WMS / SAP ERP packages will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a 3PL/Contract Logistics environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute projects across Warehouses in the circle.
• Prepare and use SOPs in all departments.
• Conduct online and facility audits of QC and warehouse.
• Monitor adherence to procedures in receipt, storage, testing, processing, and dispatch.
• Retrieve documents and ensure current versions are available at the workplace.
• Track in-process and final inspection audit results daily.
• Track 5S results daily and consistently.
• Implement Quality Management System (5S, SOP, 8 Waste, Kaizen, 5 Why, FMEA, ISO).
• Provide training to operators and document all reports.
• Achieve KPI results weekly and monthly.
• Handle customer complaints and provide timely problem reports.
• Engage in internal and external audits and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile -

• To support and execute projects planned in the circle for across Warehouses.
• Responsible for preparation and use of SOPs in all departments as per the laid down procedures.
• Responsible for online and facility audits of QC and warehouse
• Responsible for monitoring adherence to various laid down procedures in receipt, storage, testing, processing and dispatch of products.
• Responsible for the retrieval of documents as and when required and ensure that current version of documents are available at work place.
• Daily Tracking In process and Final Inspection Audit Results.
• Daily Tracking of 5S Results.
• Implementation of Quality Management System (5S, SOP, 8 Waste, Kaizen, 5 Why analysis, FMEA, ISO Compliance)
• To Provide Training to the Operators
• Documentation of all the Reports.
• To achieve KPI Results on Weekly and Monthly basis
• Customer Compliant Handling and Provide Problem Response Report on time
• Internal and External Auditing
• Involving in Continuous Improvement Activity
• EHS audit Weekly basis and make the Report same
• Any Engineering Graduate with CAD and Six Sigma certification is desired.
• Experience in WMS / SAP similar ERP packages will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a 3PL/Contract Logistics environment will be preferred.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Open to travel in short notice
