Job Title: Warehouse Executive Operations (overall)

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Warehouse Executive to oversee daily operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and optimize operation processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Supervise warehouse staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and minimize discrepancies.
• Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Coordinate with transportation teams for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure to close all the Inbound and Outbound Activities within TAT
• Track all the protocols and SOPs under each operation accordingly.

Inventory Management:

• Implement and maintain inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts within the internal aligned team.
• Analyze inventory reports to optimize stock levels.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies.

Analytical and Reporting:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, warehouse efficiency, and operation cost.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs.

Other Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
