Hamma Foods in India is seeking a Quality Control Lab Analyst to perform chemical testing on milk and milk products, chocolate, ice cream, and other frozen products. You will ensure accuracy in analyses and maintain SOP-compliant documentation.

You should handle calibration of lab instruments, prepare stock solutions, perform titrations, and align lab activities with FSSAI and ISO standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• 1. Proper understanding of chemicals & lab instruments for performing chemical testing for milk & milk products, chocolate products, ice cream & other frozen products.
• 2. Good exposure in handling, performing & calibration of lab instruments & equipments as per methods & SOP.
• 3. Good knowledge of stock solution preparation, basic titrations, standardization of prepared solutions.
• 4. Documentation handling as per FSSAI & ISO standards for quality control.
• 5. Good knowledge of lab department functions as quality control person in alignment with cross functional departments.
• 6. Basic water & waste water testing knowledge in food industry.
• 7. Proper understanding of sampling process, material clearance of milk & milk products, ice cream & other frozen products.
