RSPL Group is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/QA Lead in India to drive ISO-aligned audits, QA/QC processes, and training across production stages. The role emphasizes collaboration with production teams to implement corrective actions and maintain comprehensive records.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in QA/QC, a B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, and strong HACCP/regulatory knowledge. Ice cream industry exposure is preferred, with a focus on robust quality system deployment.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in Quality Assurance or QA/QC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology (B.Tech / B.E.) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of food processing regulations and standards (HACCP).
• Proficiency in developing and implementing quality control plans.
• Preferred from the Ice Cream Industry.
