The role focuses on daily UBT audits, process capability data collection, tyre weight monitoring, and incident reporting, with a strong emphasis on SOPs, risk controls, and collaboration with production teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience in QA/audit or manufacturing environments.
• BTECH degree in Mechanical, Polymer, or Chemical fields.
• Knowledge of QA processes, SOPs, and incident reporting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out UBT audit (Daily).
• Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly).
• Carry out Cut tyre analysis (Monthly).
• Tyre weight monitoring (Daily).
• Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily).
• Preparation of PDIR (Daily).
• Shift DMRC (Daily).
• Co-ordination of customer related activities as needed.
• Defence tyre inspection activities as required.
• Capture/hold/stop floor abnormalities (Routine).
• Follow SOPs and implement risk controls in day-to-day operations.
• Participate in incident reporting, investigations and CAPA actions.
• Provide inputs during hazard identification and JSA.

Purpose of the Job: To ensure Total customer satisfaction

Major Responsibilities

• Carry out UBT audit (Daily).
• Collect Process capability data (CTQ monthly)

• Finished Product Audit/Report (Daily)
• Preparation of PDIR(Daily)
• Shift DMRC (Daily)

• Capturing/holding/stopping floor abnormalities (Routine)
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement prescribed risk control measures in day-to-day operations.
• Actively participate in incident reporting, investigations, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide inputs during hazard identification processes and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Ensure that emergency exits, safety signage, and fire protection systems are clearly visible, accessible, and in proper working condition.
