Job summary

Common Service Centres (CSC) in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, is hiring an Executive PSU Bank BC Operations to support onboarding, activation, training, and operational management of BCs for PSU Banking projects.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Banking Operations, BC management or financial inclusion services, with strong coordination and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation in BCA / BE / B.Tech / B.Sc. (IT) or equivalent.
• Experience in Banking Operations and BC Management preferred.
• Experience in Financial Inclusion services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of PSU Bank BCs as per defined processes and requirements.
• Provide technical and operational support to BCs for smooth functioning of banking and financial inclusion services.
• Monitor and regularly follow up with BCs for activation and delivery of SSS services.
• Track BC performance, activation status, service delivery, and resolve operational issues through timely coordination.
• Conduct/training and handholding of PSU BCs on banking services, applications, processes, and operational guidelines.
• Coordinate with PSU Bank, internal teams, and BCs for resolution of operational and technical issues.
• Maintain required MIS, reports, and documentation related to BC onboarding, activation, training, and service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to applicable banking, operational, and financial inclusion processes.

About the Role

We are looking for an Executive PSU Bank BC Operations to support the onboarding, activation, training, and operational management of Business Correspondents (BCs) associated with PSU Banking projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of PSU Bank Business Correspondents (BCs) as per defined processes and requirements.
• Provide technical and operational support to BCs for smooth functioning of banking and financial inclusion services.
