Job summary

Flex in Chennai seeks an Executive - Program Management to support automation initiatives and deliver productivity gains. You will develop automation solutions using VBA, UiPath, Power Apps, Power Automate and analytics tooling to enable digital transformation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of Excel formulas/Macros, RPA and BI experience, SQL basics, and strong communication to coordinate with stakeholders and drive timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Excel formulas, Macro/VBA
• Hands-on knowledge of RPA (UiPath, Power Automate) and BI tools such as Tableau
• Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of basic/intermediate statistics with R/Python is a strong plus
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, Power Platform, SharePoint, VS, ASP.NET is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Methodical problem solving with attention to detail
• Customer-centric focus and proactive communication
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects with good time management
