Flextronics - The Flex Company in Chennai, India, is seeking an Executive - Program Management to help manage customer accounts across the business relationship. You will review proposals, define timeframes, allocate resources and coordinate with PM, Operations, and other teams.

The role involves driving projects with the Customer Focus Team to keep programs on schedule and on budget, generating reports and executive presentations, and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years in program management.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Executive - Program Management in Chennai, India.** This role assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.**What a typical day looks like:** * Assist in the review of program proposals or plans to define time frame, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.* Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.* Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.* Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.* May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.* Occasional travel to customer locations.* Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.* Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in addition to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or related Industry.* Demonstrates advanced knowledge of functional concepts and a solid comprehension of Flex policies and procedures.* Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.* Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems.* Demonstrates advanced functional skills which may be used to conduct on-the-job training and/or guide other employees. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide** * Health Insurance* PTO #LI-RR1RR03## ## Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:
