Job summary

SolutionBox Insight Pvt. Ltd. in Jaipur is seeking a Production Manager with expertise in jewelry manufacturing to lead production planning, scheduling, and quality control.

You will oversee a team of artisans, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality polki and gold pieces, while optimizing resources and maintaining strict standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Jewelry Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
• Expertise in polki and gold jewelry production processes.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and production software.
• Based on technical skills, team size managed, and production line exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support of Production Planning & Management: Develop and implement production schedules to meet deadlines for client orders.
• Optimize resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process.
• Monitor each stage, ensuring flawless craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications.
• Manage and coordinate with artisans, craftsmen, and external vendors for raw materials, settings, and polki sourcing.
• Lead and mentor a team of production staff, enhancing productivity and skills.
