Job summary

Sun Pharma is seeking an Executive for Sun Global Operations in India. The role focuses on maintaining discipline, adhering to c-GMP practices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth production workflows. Candidates should have a B.Pharm./M.Pharm and 6–9 years of relevant experience.

• Experience: 6-9 yrs

Responsibilities

• To Maintain discipline and co-operate to all the members working in factory.
• To maintain shift schedule time to time as per instructions provided by immediate supervisor.
• To follow good hygienic practices, safety rules and respective gowning procedure.
• To follow c-GMP practices.
• To participate and supervise area activities like Production Area Maintenance.
• General Area (CNC) daily routine activity.
• Batch manufacturing and filtration activity.
• Disinfectant solution preparation, filtration and reconciliation activity.
• Aseptic Manufacturing related activities.
• SAP related activities.
• Equipment qualification.
• Area qualification.
• To prepare protocol as per the process requirement.
• To report deviation, abnormal observation during day-to-day activities to immediate supervisor.
• To impart necessary training/ instructions to sub-ordinates related to the area of working.
• To ensure status label is attached and updated on area/ equipment /services / product of related area at each stage.
• To intimate engineering department for machine breakdown & follow up to put machine back into the operation.
• To prepare the risk assessment of equipment and process.

• Production Area Maintenance.

• General area Cleaning and Sanitization.
• Batch manufacturing and filtration activity.
• Passivation activity
• Disinfectant solution preparation, filtration and reconciliation activity.
• Classified area daily, weekly and monthly activity
• Clean Area related activities.
• Garment washing area related activities.
• Aseptic Manufacturing related activities.
• EDMS related activities.
• SAP related activities.
• Equipment qualification.
• Area qualification.
• To prepare protocol as per the process requirement.
• To co-ordinate with other supervisor of area of and of other department as per routine production planning.
• Online documentation related to Work Area, BMR etc.
• To report deviation, abnormal observation during day-to-day activities to immediate supervisor.
• To impart necessary training/ instructions to sub-ordinates related to the area of working.
• To fulfil the activities instructed by Superior from time to time.
• To ensure status label is attached and updated on area/ equipment /services / product of related area at each stage.
• To intimate engineering department for machine breakdown & follow up to put machine back into the operation.
• To ensure storage of the filled products at the quarantine area or as per the defined storage condition and to maintain their records.
• Reporting of day to day activities to the superior with specific highlight to important issues & development activities.
• To prepare and execute the qualification protocol as per QMP.
• To prepare the risk assessment of equipment and process.

Job Requirements:

Educational Qualification: B.Pharm. / M.Pharm.

Experience: 6 -9 yrs
