Job summary

Sun Pharma in Paonta Sahib seeks a Manager Production (OSD) to oversee manufacturing operations, ensure cGMP compliance, and deliver plans through HOD directives.

This role emphasizes equipment maintenance coordination, document control, and team allocation to maximize productivity, while fostering a safe, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications: M.Sc./B.Pharm/M.Pharm.
• Experience: 14–17 years in production/manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• To ensure cGMP compliance in plant and follow the procedure as per current effective SOP.
• To deliver the products as per plan given by HOD
• To allocate the job to the workmen to achieve the best productivity.
• To ensure the upkeep of facilities and equipment's by making the notification to the concern department for the preventive maintenance, calibration and requalification.
• To keep the manufacturing area ready for inspection through good documentation and cGMP compliance of the plant and personal hygiene.
• To motivate the workman by proper training in activity and safety manner, timely guidance in shop floor monitoring so that they can achieve result successfully first time and for every time.
• To ensure the harmony of industrial relationship and the productivity in continuous mode.
• To initiate the documents like RPR filling, Maintenance Work request, equipment log cards, Environmental log cards, Balance calibration records, Additional stationary and MVP form, SAP entry in E- books etc.
• To review the documents like BPR, Equipment log, balance calibration record, return air filter record, pressure differential record, housekeeping records and E log books etc.
