Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. seeks an experienced professional to lead Production activities in the Compression Area, supervising machine-wise operations and ensuring cgmp compliance.

You will coordinate with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG, handle SAP-related work, maintain logs and BMR, and ensure daily targets with proper shift handovers and disciplined execution. B.Pharm/M.Pharm; 14–18 years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy required; 14–18 years of production experience in pharma manufacturing.
• Experience in cGMP environments and adherence to quality standards.
• Strong coordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG.

Responsibilities

• Execute/supervise production activities in the Compression Area.
• Online checking of in-process parameters; complete Log book and BMR for compression.
• Check and ensure availability of machines per Preventive Maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG for smooth production operations.
• Handle SAP-related work in Production; maintain documentation as per cGMP.

Key responsibilities:

To execute/supervise Production activities machine wise at Compression Area.

Online checking of In-process parameters & completion of the Log book and BMR of Compression Area.

To check and make availability of machine as per Preventive Maintenance schedule.

Co-ordination with IPQA/QC/Engineering/IT and MSTG department for smooth functioning of Production activities.

Handling of SAP related work in Production

To fill documentation as per cGMP practice in Production area.

To do and review calibration/verification of balances in Production area.

Proper shift handover to the next shift officers to fulfill the production monthly target.

To fulfill daily production target and report.

Man Power allocation and utilization in the Production Department

To maintain the discipline and punctuality among the colleagues /subordinates /workman.

To impart various training to officers and workers.

To fill the daily assessment sheet as per the target assigned by the seniors.

To handle and solve day to day issues and problem related to product and productivity.

To investigate the deviation/incidents.

To implement the corrective and preventive action as and when required for compliance.

To report any deviation and abnormality of any type to seniors/shift

In‑charge.

Other work assigned by Department Head.
