Job summary

Garware Fulflex I in Wai, Satara, Maharashtra, invites applications for a Quality Assurance professional with 2–4 years of experience to strengthen our rubber products division. You will drive QA activities across processes, check finished goods, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

The role emphasizes defect analysis, root cause investigations, SOP implementation, and MIS reporting, with a focus on EHS, 5S, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant engineering with 2–4 years QA experience.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485 standards.
• Experience with QA procedures, SOPs and MIS reporting.
• Familiarity with 5S and EHS practices.
• Ability to analyze non-conformities and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: oversee QA functions, audits, testing, and batch release.
• MIS: prepare defect charts and QA reports for authorities.
• Implement and follow Quality Procedures/SOPs as designed by the company.
• Follow ISO QMS guidelines in departmental processes and handle customer complaints.
• Perform root cause analysis and preventative actions for defects.
• Provide training to new hires and contribute to skill development.
• Coordinate with vendors for quality and audits.
• Support EHS and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Location : Wai, Satara, Maharashtra

Principle Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Key Functions.
• Conducting process audit on daily basis.
• Testing the finished goods and final product batch release from processes.
• Conducting rejection analysis & reporting abnormal rejection trends.
• Conducting root cause analysis & customer complaint analysis.
• Conducting the vendor audit to assess their capability to meet the organizational requirement.
• Ensuring the physical properties data for certificate purpose per container.
• Sample submission.
• Checking the cutting quality and length of material received from venders.
• Exposure to the QMS, customer audit requirements & expectations and comply with all the policies and procedures pertaining to those requirements.
• Ensure the departmental Policies and processes are aligned / updated with the changing customer requirements pertaining to EHS, Quality, Products, Material, People Sustainable development Initiatives etc

• MIS
• To prepare various report concerning with the quality function in the organization. Preparation of defect charts and submitting to the concerned authorities.

• Quality Procedures/SOP.
• Implement the SOPs designed by the Company in QA processes.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485.
• Assisting in resolving the issues at the point of interpretation to maintain the standard.
• Record maintenance.

• Quality Management System (ISO)
• To follow the Quality Management System (ISO) in the departmental processes.
• To prepare various information / data required by the seniors in the department.
• Customer Complaints Handling
• Analyzing non-conformity material and supporting in resolving the issues pertaining to quality.
• To initiate the corrective actions immediately to set the product right.
• To implement the plan for preventing the defects in the products and ensuring the right product is dispatched to the customers.

• Training & Development
• To attend the training programs as suggested by the head of department from time to time to enhance the overall skill in behavior and technical.
• Imparting training to new joiners.

Other Responsibilities:

• Manpower to plan and produce the goods of requisites quality parameters within available time frame and at optimum level.
• Implementing 5S activities.
• To undertake any other job / assignment given by management from time to time.
