Job summary

Gamlaa Bioscapes, a landscape design and bioscape company, is seeking a Payroll Executive to join its HR team in Hyderabad. You will manage monthly payroll, including salary calculations and deductions, while ensuring accuracy for a growing workforce.

Responsibilities include EPF/ESI/PT/TDS compliance, payslip generation, payroll reporting, and coordination with finance for bank transfers. Proficiency in KEKA HRMS, Tally, and advanced Excel, plus strong communication, will help streamline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounts required.
• GCCP payroll certification preferred.
• 4–7 years of payroll experience in India.
• Proficiency with KEKA HRMS, Tally and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll including salary calculations and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with EPF, ESI, PT, and TDS; file returns.
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate payslips.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and coordinate with finance for payments.
• Support onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks and attendance integration.
• Identify process improvements to reduce errors.

Gamlaa Bioscapes is a innovative landscape design and bioscape company transforming urban spaces into sustainable, green havens. We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive to join our HR team and ensure seamless payroll operations for our growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for employees, including salary calculations, deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), and reimbursements using KEKA HRMS or similar tools.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations like EPF, ESI, professional tax, and income tax filings; prepare and submit returns to relevant authorities.
• Maintain accurate employee records, handle payroll queries, and generate payslips and reports for management review.
• Reconcile payroll accounts, manage full & final settlements, and coordinate with finance for bank transfers and vendor payments.
• Support HR with onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks, attendance data integration, and ad-hoc projects like bonus processing.
• Identify process improvements to streamline payroll efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounts, or related field; certification in payroll (e.g., GCCP) preferred.
• 4-7 years of hands-on payroll experience in India, with knowledge of labor laws and tools like KEKA, Tally, or Excel advanced functions.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential data.
• Excellent communication for employee interactions; proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Google Workspace.
• Proactive mindset with a knack for multitasking in a dynamic SME environment.
