Job summary

Utkarsh Placement invites applications for the role of Executive- Stores and Warehouse at our Bharuch facility. The candidate will manage warehouse operations, supervise staff, and coordinate with production interfaces to ensure seamless material flow.

The role requires 5–10 years in manufacturing warehousing with 2–4 years in supervision, strong SAP/WMS knowledge, and readiness for rotational shifts across the warehouse and production areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years of manufacturing warehouse/stores experience, including 2–4 years in team supervision.
• Hands-on experience in picking, kitting, line feeding, material issuance, inventory control and stock reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of SAP MM/IM/WM or equivalent ERP/WMS; barcode or scanning-based processes desirable.
• Experience in a high-mix manufacturing environment and supervision of employees or contract workforce is preferred.
• Willingness and fitness to work in rotational shifts and remain present across warehouse and production-interface areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stores and warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow.
• Supervise warehouse staff and contract workforce, maintaining discipline and productivity.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse interfaces to align plans and schedules.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and timely stock reconciliation across shifts.
