Yusen Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse activities with a strong emphasis on inward operations, inventory management and accuracy.

The role requires ensuring proper receipt, verification, storage and movement of inventory while maintaining safety and compliance. The candidate will conduct wall-to-wall inventories and cycle counts, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and maintain accurate MIS and stock documentation to support timely

Qualifications

  • Graduate or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Warehouse Management.
  • 14 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics or supply-chain operations.
  • Hands-on experience in inward/inbound operations and inventory management.
  • Experience with physical inventory verification, cycle counts and wall-to-wall audits.
  • Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock reconciliation and inventory control.
  • Experience with WMS/ERP/SAP will be preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates from 3PL, Contract Logistics, E-commerce, FMCG, retail or automotive sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inward, inbound, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch and inventory movement.
  • Handle inward activities: receiving materials, quantities, documentation and proper system entries.
  • Perform inbound inventory checks against invoices, delivery documents and system records.
  • Maintain inbound inventory accuracy and timely system updates.
  • Conduct wall-to-wall inventory audits and regular stock verifications.
  • Perform cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
  • Investigate variances and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
  • Ensure proper put-away and storage as per processes and space guidelines.
  • Monitor stock tracking and documentation; coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
  • Prepare MIS reports, inventory reports and operational documentation.
  • Adhere to SOPs, 5S, safety standards and warehouse quality requirements.

Job Summary

Yusen Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Executive to manage and support day-to-day warehouse activities, with a strong focus on inward operations, inbound inventory management, inventory accuracy, stock audits, and warehouse process compliance.

The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate receipt, verification, storage, movement, and reconciliation of inventory while maintaining operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound inventory checks to verify quantity, SKU, product condition, labeling, and other relevant parameters against invoices, delivery documents, and system records.
  • Monitor and maintain inbound inventory accuracy and ensure timely system updates.
  • Conduct regular wall-to-wall inventory audits and physical stock verification.
  • Perform cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
  • Investigate inventory variances and coordinate with relevant teams for stock reconciliation and corrective action.
  • Ensure proper put-away and storage of materials as per warehouse processes and space-utilization guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory movement and ensure accurate stock tracking and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, transporters, and other stakeholders for smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, inventory reports, stock statements, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs, 5S practices, safety standards, and warehouse quality requirements.
  • Monitor warehouse productivity, inventory accuracy, process compliance, and service-level parameters.
  • Support the operations team in achieving timely order fulfillment and efficient warehouse performance.
  • Identify operational issues and support the implementation of process improvements and corrective measures.
Candidate Profile
  • Graduate/Diploma in any discipline; qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management will be an advantage.
  • 14 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, or supply-chain operations.
  • Hands‑on experience in inward/inbound operations and inventory management.
  • Experience in conducting physical inventory verification, cycle counts, and wall-to-wall inventory audits.
