Job summary

Mahindra Logistics Ltd is seeking an Executive Operations with 1-3 years of on-ground experience. The role focuses on onboarding driver partners, ensuring they are trained, process-driven and customer-centric, and delivering on SLAs across multiple sites.

You will hire, coach and mentor Managers, drive cost efficiency, and implement SOPs while growing revenue and net margins. Travel across cities and strong communication skills are essential.

Designation: Executive Operations

Experience: 1-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• On-board high-quality driver partners and vendors
• Ensure that they are well trained, process-driven and customer-centric.
• Ensure delivery on SLAs promised to the customer
• Restore operations to normalcy when things break
• Hire, coach and mentor a team of Managers
• They control the PL for their patch.
• They must optimize the cost and increase overall efficiency.
• They are responsible for Implementing SOPs across multiple sites
• They are responsible for growth of both the Revenue and the Net margin for their sites.
• Internally, they manage Cluster Managers and collaborate with the Finance, Compliance, and Human Resources team.

Candidate Requirement description

• 1- 3 years of experience in an on-the-ground, fast-paced business.
• Willingness to deal with a blue-collar workforce every day.
• Advanced MS Excel skills a must - formulas, VLOOKUP, pivots etc.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language.
• Willingness to travel between different cities.
• A good understanding of the city and its layout will be a big plus.
• Prior experience in an operations role will be a big plus.
