Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote the SmartQ platform by explaining the benefits and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including offers.
• Encourage app downloads and provide training; assist users without the App in placing orders and paying via digital wallets.
• Coordinate daily with food partners to update menus and ensure changes reflect in the App with timely push notifications and banners.
• Conduct cafe hygiene checks, perform governance reviews, address issues, and report incidents to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a positive work environment and gather feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for displays, counters, and service areas; monitor counters accordingly.
• Inspect work areas for proper waste disposal; maintain HSE records and temperature logs; report deviations.
• Ensure equipment usage follows ESWP and report downtime to relevant departments.

As an Executive - Operations at SmartQ, you will oversee and enhance daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This position requires strong skills in vendor management, client and team coordination, and problem‑solving to effectively handle operational challenges.

Roles and responsibilities

• Promote the use of the SmartQ digital platform by explaining the benefits and convenience of the SmartQ Ordering App, including available offers.
• Encourage users to download and use the App by providing guidance and training. Assist individuals without the App in placing orders and making payments through digital wallets.
• Coordinate daily with food partners to update menu items and work with the technology team to ensure these changes are reflected on the App, including timely push notifications and banner updates.
• Conduct Cafe hygiene checks, perform hourly governance reviews, address issues promptly, and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses to the reporting manager.
• Maintain a positive work environment and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery. Regularly collect feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias.
• Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. Monitor cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect work areas during and after operations to ensure proper waste disposal. Maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) records and temperature logs, and report any deviations.
• Ensure all equipment is used according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP) and report equipment downtime to the appropriate departments.

Qualifications
