Job summary

SmartQ is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead and oversee a frontline Partner team of food service associates, coordinating tasks across food production planning, engineering, and front-of-house services while ensuring Health, Safety and Food Safety regulations are met.

You will focus on enhancing the overall customer experience through effective management and service delivery, promoting a positive culture and ensuring timely, high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the food industry with a Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management.
• Strong knowledge of operations, customer service, and people management.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in dynamic environments.
• Results-driven, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making.
• Resilient under pressure and able to meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of HSEQ standards with Basic Food Hygiene certification.
• Financially aware and proficient in relevant operational applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced settings.
