Job summary

Asian Paints is seeking a field-based Contractor Engagement Executive in Gujarat/Ahmedabad. You will meet contractors, profile them for adoption, and drive training and product usage.

You will act as a single point of contact for queries, site evaluations, and on-site support, coordinating with regional supervisors to ensure contractor compliance and growth. The role requires MBA in Marketing, graduation with minimum 50%, and willingness to travel on a bike.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (Engineers not considered).
• MBA in Marketing required; previous experience preferred; freshers may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractors and profile them for adoption and training.
• Track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
• Serve as single point of contact for contractor queries, training, site evaluation and on-site assistance.
• Coordinate with Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.
• Maintain records of contractors and enroll adopted contractors in training programs.
• Pitch new products and ensure training and product usage by contractors.
• Coordinate with TSO and retail team as needed.

Role Description

• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.

Key Performance Indicators

• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit
• Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate their on-site proficiency
• Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints
• Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy
• Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors
• Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Role Requirements / Specifications

• Qualifications Essential – Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50% Marks
• Engineers will not be considered

Desired

• MBA Marketing Previous Experience Essential
• Fresher will also be considered Desired
• Work experience in related area of 0.5
• 1 years would be preferred Functional Competencies
