Job summary

KONE zoekt een Executive Maintenance medewerker voor de vestiging in Gurgaon. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor klantenbinding, veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van onderhoud, storingen en reparaties op locatie, met directe communicatie en real-time rapportage aan klanten en interne systemen.

Je werkt volgens strikte veiligheidsinstructies en onderhoudsprocedures, plant je workload met de service supervisor en draagt bij aan de verbetering van processen en producten binnen KONE.

Responsibilities

• Verantwoordelijk voor klanttevredenheid door kwaliteit van de service en door regelmatige, proactieve en nauwkeurige on-site communicatie (callout ETA, uitgevoerde werkzaamheden, etc.)
• Zorg voor nauwkeurige en real-time verslaglegging van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden (op apparatuurniveau) om de nauwkeurigheid van e-Optimum en klantmelding te waarborgen
• Behoud uitstekende relaties met klanten; de contactpersoon en eindgebruikers die op locatie aanwezig zijn, tonen ambassadeursmentaliteit
• Verantwoordelijk voor apparatuurveiligheid en prestaties, en voor het handhaven van de werkomgeving op de site tijdens service-activiteiten
• Identificeren van risico’s op de site en deze communiceren aan de supervisor, escalatieprocedure toepassen bij hoog risico
• Opsporen van ongespecificeerde service-reparaties op basis van apparaatsbehoeften, contact opnemen met de on-site contactpersoon en goedkeuring vragen als dit niet onder het contract valt, en uitvoeren
• Service-operaties: toezicht op veiligheid van eindgebruikers en site, veilig werken volgens onderhoudsinstructies en veiligheidsinstructies
• Uitvoering van servicebezoeken (gepland onderhoud, storingsdiensten en reparaties) volgens schema, tijdsduur, kwaliteitsnormen en processen
• Effectief plannen van de eigen workload in samenwerking met de service supervisor
• Prijs- of saleskansen melden aan supervisor
• Zorg voor tijdige en nauwkeurige verslaglegging van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden volgens het proces
• Beheer van nabijheidsvoorraad (plankplaatsen, inventaris, voorraadtransfers), identificeren van benodigd reserveonderdelen en aanvragen bij supervisor
• Zorg voor veilige servicegereedschappen, bus, instrumenten, etc. in goede staat
• Bijdragen aan continue verbetering van producten, methoden en veiligheid via feedback aan PCM-organisatie en supervisor
