Job summary

NIIT Limited in Gurgaon, India, is seeking an Executive-LMS Support (L2) to join the LMS Support Team on a hybrid work model.

You will manage complex SAP Learning, Training Shop and Certification Hub issues, perform root-cause analysis, collaborate with global stakeholders, and generate usage reports while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for SAP Learning, Training Shop & Certification Hub.
• Handle complex issues and customer escalations.
• Ensure end-to-end ownership of incidents & perform RCA.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and teams.
• Generate learning usage & customer reports.
• Drive process improvements and platform enhancements.
• Ensure GDPR compliance.
