Job summary

Adani Group in Mumbai seeks an experienced legal professional to structure, draft, finalize and execute contracts, and provide corporate advisory aligned with the business strategy. The role requires handling statutory and contractual compliance and coordinating with external counsels for opinions.

You will prepare monthly MIS reports, supervise negotiations, and ensure timely delivery of legal projects within infrastructure or law-firm contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) is required.
• 4–8 years of experience in legal, contracts, negotiations, preferably in infrastructure or law firms.

Qualifications

Education:
