Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT hardware and networking management.

• Educational background: B.Sc. (IT), Diploma, CCNA, MCA, GNIIT or recognized IT Hardware/Networking diploma.

Responsibilities

• Execute new project installations and maintain Secure Parking systems and equipment at various sites.
• Ensure compliance with client commitments and strive to exceed expectations.
• Participate in IT training programs and provide customer support as required.
• Manage asset inventory including desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
• Conduct a weekly One Audit (Cash) per standard procedures.

Job Summary

Position Title: Executive - IT

Key Performance Areas

• Assist in the installation of parking equipment, servers, and terminal CPMS (Car Park Management System) at project sites.
• Set up and test network infrastructure to ensure robust connectivity.
• Maintain high service standards through efficient performance of CPMS and effective client management.
• Conduct training sessions for site staff on generating key operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute new project installations and manage the ongoing maintenance of all Secure Parking systems and equipment at various sites.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards as per client commitments and consistently strive to exceed expectations.
• Participate in IT training programs and provide customer support as required.
• Manage asset inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware; perform additional technology-related duties as assigned.
• Conduct a weekly One Audit (Cash) as per standard procedures.
