CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure and Managed Services projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering projects while coordinating with cross-functional technical teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead the complete project lifecycle from initiation to project closure.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining quality and SLA compliance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present Daily Activity Reports (DAR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Project Reports.

Technical Coordination

• Coordinate with Network, Cloud, Support, Field Engineering, and Development teams.
• Manage project execution for infrastructure deployment and managed services.
• Oversee site surveys, installations, commissioning, and project handover.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and operational procedures.

Field Project Coordination

• Coordinate and monitor:
• • VSAT Site Surveys & Installations
  • SD-WAN Deployments
  • Router & Switch Installations
  • Wi‑Fi Deployments
  • Passive Cabling Projects
  • Audio Visual (AV) & Video Conferencing (VC) Installations
  • Electrical, UPS & Air Conditioning setup at project sites
• Ensure timely vendor coordination and project completion.

Reporting & Process Improvement

• Track project KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Maintain complete project documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
• Master's Degree will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management, Infrastructure Projects, Managed Services, or System Integration.
• Experience working with IT Service Providers or Consulting organizations is preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure and Managed Services.
• Knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Cloud Services, and SD-WAN.
• Hands‑on exposure to VSAT, Wi‑Fi, Router, Switch, Passive Cabling, and AV/VC projects.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting.
• Excellent planning, coordination, risk management, and problem‑solving abilities.
