Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT networking, infrastructure management, Linux administration, and end‑user support. The role involves maintaining the organization's IT environment, ensuring network reliability, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting day‑to‑day IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Monitor and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and storage systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Perform Linux server installation, configuration, user management, and routine administration.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, VPN, and network‑related issues.
• Monitor system performance and ensure maximum uptime of IT services.
• Assist in managing Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, and group policies (where applicable).
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and security patch management.
• Assist with data backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and support records.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
