- Design end-to-end learning experiences for e-courses, microlearning modules, and blended programs.
- Convert complex, sensitive subject matter (CSA prevention, child safety, trauma, mental health, education practices) into age-appropriate, engaging, and pedagogically sound digital formats.
- Independently build courses using digital authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate).
- Create interactive elements such as scenarios, branching activities, quizzes, simulations and knowledge checks.
- Work with multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics) in collaboration with design/production teams.
- Optimize content for LMS deployment (SCORM/xAPI).
- Work closely with program teams, counsellors, and child protection experts to extract and structure content.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure instructional materials meet established standards for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
- Review and refine courses based on feedback, pilot testing, and learner data.
- Maintain consistency in instructional design standards across courses.
- Develop and maintain templates, design frameworks, and course development workflows.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that each one meets quality standards
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to gather input and feedback

Educational Qualification
- Certification in Instructional Design tools, ed
- Proven experience (2 – 4 years) in course creation and development, preferably in a social or educational setting.
