Job description

• Design end-to-end learning experiences for e-courses, microlearning modules, and blended programs.
• Convert complex, sensitive subject matter (CSA prevention, child safety, trauma, mental health, education practices) into age-appropriate, engaging, and pedagogically sound digital formats.
• Independently build courses using digital authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate).
• Create interactive elements such as scenarios, branching activities, quizzes, simulations and knowledge checks.
• Work with multimedia elements (audio, video, graphics) in collaboration with design/production teams.
• Optimize content for LMS deployment (SCORM/xAPI).
• Work closely with program teams, counsellors, and child protection experts to extract and structure content.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure instructional materials meet established standards for accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness.
• Review and refine courses based on feedback, pilot testing, and learner data.
• Maintain consistency in instructional design standards across courses.
• Develop and maintain templates, design frameworks, and course development workflows.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that each one meets quality standards
• Collaborating with different stakeholders to gather input and feedback
