Job summary

Asian Paints in Mumbai is seeking a field sales professional to build and maintain relationships with Architects and Interior Designers across Home Décor product categories. The role centers on growth through onboarding AIDs, catalog-led engagements, and visits to client sites.

You will coordinate with category teams, update the Customer Master List, and plan territory opportunities through regular field activity and product updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing Architects & Interior Designers (AIDs) and service their requirements.
• Onboarding new AIDs and creating a database of all active architects in defined geography.
• Maintain & update Customer Master List (CML) for AIDs.
• Plan potential business in your territory & categories via AIDs.
• Lead generation by showcasing offerings through catalogs & brochures and informing AIDs about new launches and product updates, followed by scheduling meetings to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct site visits to end customers’ homes, act as the Point of Contact (POC) for escalations, and ensure a smooth experience during home décor integration.
• Coordinate with business category teams for backend support and seamless execution.
• Maintain tracker with weekly visits to architects and updates on: number of catalogs distributed, number of product briefings conducted, number of AID sites visited.

It focuses on various Home Décor product categories such as Luxury Lights, Kitchen & Wardrobe, Bath Fittings & Sanitaryware, UPVC Windows & Doors, Textures, Wood Finishes, Wallpapers, Fabrics, etc.
