LANXESS Deutschland GmbH is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR activities at our Nagda site in Madhya Pradesh, India. You will oversee employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, compliance, and HR systems, while supporting talent acquisition, L&D, and performance management.

Your background should include a Master’s degree in HR or related field, 8-12 years of HR experience, and fluency in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.

Job Highlights

To support end-to-end HR operations at the site, manage the employee lifecycle, execute HR processes, maintain HR systems and data quality, lead talent acquisition, and support learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as payroll and related compliance activities.

• HR Operations
  • Manage HR Operational activities at site location such as Employee Life Cycle Management and Employee Benefits.
  • Manage On-boarding & Off-boarding formalities
• Payroll & Compliance
  • Responsible for payroll & full & final settlements inputs.
  • Responsible for site HR Compliances.
  • Manage Unionised staffs’ payroll as LTS agreement
  • Ensure the compliances for HR Function as per FAMI-QS, HACCP, ISCC plus, EFFCI-GMP, QMS etc.
• People Management /Total Rewards
  • Manage Talent Acquisition for site
  • Support learning and development initiatives and performance management
• HR Systems
  • Manage HR Systems such as SAP Success Factors, Employee ePersonal files, Contract Labour Management and Leave & Attendance Management
  • Supports stakeholders/employees on HR Systems related topics
  • Maintain the employee records in system and ensure Data Quality

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education Master Degree (Human Resources, Social Works, Personnel Management)
