Job summary

LANXESS India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage site HR operations, the employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, and compliance at the Ujjain site.

The role covers talent acquisition support, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors), and data quality.

Qualifications

• Master degree in HR, social works, or personnel management.
• 8-12 years of work experience in HR operations.
• Proficient in English and Hindi with strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations at the site, including employee lifecycle and onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage payroll inputs, site compliance, and settlements as needed.
• Ensure HR compliance with applicable standards and labor laws; support HR systems and data quality.

Job Highlights

To support end-to-end HR operations at the site, manage the employee lifecycle, execute HR processes, maintain HR systems and data quality, lead talent acquisition, and support learning and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives, as well as payroll and related compliance activities.

HR Operations

o Manage HR Operational activities at site location such as Employee Life Cycle Management

and Employee Benefits.

o Manage On-boarding & Off-boarding formalities

Payroll & Compliance

o Responsible for payroll & full & final settlements inputs.

o Responsible for site HR Compliances.

o Manage Unionised staffs’ payroll as LTS agreement

o Ensure the compliances for HR Function as per FAMI-QS, HACCP, ISCC plus, EFFCI-GMP, QMS

etc.

People Management /Total Rewards

o Manage Talent Acquisition for site

o Support learning and development initiatives and performance management

HR Systems

o Manage HR Systems such as SAP Success Factors, Employee ePersonal files, Contract Labour

Management and Leave & Attendance Management

o Supports stakeholders/employees on HR Systems related topics

o Maintain the employee records in system and ensure Data Quality

Experience / Skills

• Specific Education Master Degree (Human Resources, Social Works, Personnel Management)
• Work Experience 8-12 Years
• Special Skills Language - English & Hindi (both read & write) ,Communication & Interpersonal Skills Microsoft Excel Labor Laws Knowledge
