Job summary

Metromakro is seeking an HR Shared Services professional to manage the full employee lifecycle and support EU operations. You will handle HR processes, respond to inquiries via a case management tool, and prepare HR correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.

You will collaborate with line managers, HR partners, and COEs across the EU, ensuring accuracy, timely operations, and continuous process improvement. Flexibility for multiple shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Shared Services, preferably with EU focus.
• HRMS platforms such as SAP and/or Oracle Fusion desirable.
• Strong IT skills: MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong administrative capabilities with varied workload.
• Front-facing customer service or project experience is desirable.
• Flexible to work in multiple shifts.
• Graduate or postgraduate with 2+ years in HRSS or similar

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures
• Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines
• Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool , ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution
• Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties
• Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region
• Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs) , to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services
• Support the HR Shared Services team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and/or Oracle Fusion
• Good IT skills, particularly M S Word, Excel, Outlook
• Fluent English - excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
• Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and/or project experience is desirable
• Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts
• Graduate or Postgraduate with minimum 2 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment
