Job summary

Hyatt is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team and maintain the highest cleanliness standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

You will ensure adherence to Hyatt's brand standards and corporate strategies while delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing staff efficiency. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on oversight in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping functions including guest rooms, public areas and laundry to ensure top standards.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards and corporate strategies while optimizing staffing and budget.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
