Job summary

Hyatt Regency is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners.

You will oversee the cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring quality, efficiency and impeccable service across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Housekeeping Manager, or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).
