Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt's strategies and brand standards, ensuring guest and employee satisfaction.

You will manage all housekeeping functions including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, laundry and dry-cleaning operations, and lead a team to uphold the highest cleanliness and service quality.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt Corporate Strategies and brand standards.
• Manage all functions related to cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as laundry and dry-cleaning operations.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Executive Housekeeper is responsible to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
