Job summary

Epyllion Group in Narayanganj is seeking a Production Planner for knit garments with 3–6 years of experience. You will manage pre-production milestones, align plans with fabric status, and track line performance to prevent bottlenecks.

You will prepare daily, weekly plans and management summaries, monitor WIP and KPIs, and work with cross-functional teams. A BSc/MSc in Textile Engineering or related field is required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in knit garments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Track pre-production milestones for each buyer.
• Align cutting input with fabric status to prevent line starvation.
• Monitor daily/hourly performance across cutting, sewing, finishing; trigger Plan-B actions.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production and line-loading plans.
• Track WIP, production output, and KPIs; highlight bottlenecks and create backups.
• Prepare planning updates and management summaries.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Track pre-production milestones (FABRIC in-house, trims, PP meetings, size set approval) uniquely for each buyer.
• Align cutting input with fabric in-house status to prevent starvation of sewing lines.
• Track daily/hourly performance across cutting, sewing, and finishing, generating "Plan-B" corrective actions if shortfalls occur.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and line-loading plans based on buyer delivery schedules and factory capacity.
• Track daily production output, Work in Progress (WIP), and target-versus-achievement metrics. Highlight bottlenecks early and create backup plans.
• Prepare daily/weekly planning updates, backlog analysis reports, and management summaries.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc / MSc in Textile Engineering Or Related
