Role Overview
We arelooking for an energetic and detail-oriented Executive – Events andMarketing Operations to support the planning, coordination, andexecution of marketing activities, customer events, webinars, internalprograms, and campaign operations.
This is anentry-level role suitable for candidates who are eager to build a careerin B2B marketing, events, and marketing operations. The role requiresstrong coordination skills, attention to detail, ownership of follow-ups, andthe ability to work with internal teams, vendors, partners, and salesstakeholders.
Theselected candidate will support end-to-end eventoperations, maintain marketing trackers, coordinate withvendors, assist in lead capture and CRM updates, and help ensure thatevery marketing activity is executed smoothly and documented properly.
Key Responsibilities
1. EventCoordination and Execution
- Support the planning andexecution of physical events, webinars, customer roundtables, workshops,partner activities, and internal marketing programs.
- Coordinate with hotels, eventvenues, agencies, printers, branding vendors, gifting partners, and otherexternal vendors.
- Assist inevent logistics such as venue coordination, branding material,registration desk setup, attendee lists, invitations, AV requirements, andpost-event closure.
- Work with internal teams toensure timely availability of event collaterals, presentations,banners, standees, brochures, and other marketing assets.
- Maintain event checklists,timelines, invitee lists, and execution trackers.
- Support on-ground eventexecution, attendee coordination, feedback collection, and post-eventreporting.
2.Marketing Operations and Coordination
- Maintain marketing trackers forevents, campaigns, content, leads, vendors, budgets, invoices, andapprovals.
- Coordinate with sales,solutions, finance, procurement, and external vendors to ensure smoothexecution of marketing activities.
- Follow up internally andexternally for pending inputs, approvals, deliverables, invoices, andclosure documents.
- Help organize marketingdocuments, campaign files, event photographs, proof of execution, vendorquotations, and reports.
- Support the marketing team inmonthly reviews, activity updates, and management reporting.
- Support in timely filingand claiming the MS Co-ops Funds and SAP MDF Funds.
3. LeadCapture, CRM Support and Data Hygiene
- Support lead collection fromevents, webinars, digital campaigns, exhibitions, and partner activities.
- Update lead details in CRM orinternal trackers accurately.
- Assist in basic leadvalidation, categorization, tagging, and handover to sales or inside salesteams.
- Track event leads, follow-upstatus, and campaign responses.
- Help prepare weekly or monthlylead and campaign reports.
4.Digital and Social Media Support
- Support the marketing team inpromoting events, webinars, blogs, case studies, campaigns, andannouncements on LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with designers,content teams, and internal stakeholders for social media creatives andcaptions.
- Assist in maintaining abasic content calendar for events and campaign promotions.
- Track basic social mediaengagement and share performance updates with the team.
5.Website, Landing Page and Campaign Support
- Coordinate website updaterequests related to events, webinars, campaign pages, banners, blogs, casestudies, and service pages.
- Work with internal or externalteams to ensure timely updates on the website.
- Support landing page creationby coordinating required content, images, forms, and tracking links.
- Assist in checkingwhether event and campaign pages are updated correctly beforepromotion.
6.Vendor and Documentation Support
- Coordinate with vendors forquotations, deliverables, invoices, payment follow-ups, and closuredocuments.
- Maintain proper documentationfor each event or campaign, including approvals, agenda, invite lists,event photographs, feedback forms, invoices, and proof of execution.
- Ensure all marketing activityrecords are updated and easy to access.
- Support the team in preparingdocumentation required for partner-funded activities, marketing claims,and audit purposes.
RequiredSkills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing,Business Administration, Mass Communication, Event Management, DigitalMedia, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience inmarketing, events, operations, coordination, or internship experience in asimilar role.
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
- Good coordination and follow-upskills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel,PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multipletasks, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail andwillingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in anoffice-based, fast-paced marketing environment.
- Basic understanding of digitalmarketing, social media, events, and CRM will be an added advantage.
PreferredQualifications
- Internship or projectexperience in events, marketing, digital marketing, or businessoperations.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn,email marketing, CRM, Canva, Excel, or website coordination.
- Prior exposure to B2Bmarketing, IT services, software, or technology companies will be anadvantage.
