Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in India is seeking a Technician - E&M to perform equipment preventive maintenance, coordinate shift activities, and document work orders in line with SOPs.

You will monitor PPE usage, ensure safe conditions, impart SHE training, follow permit systems, and uphold Environmental and EHS guidelines while reporting incidents to superiors.

Qualifications

• Performing equipment preventive maintenance as per schedule.
• Coordinate with E&M Executive/officers in shift to solve maintenance problems.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• Follow the department SOP's and Quality system.
• Pump mechanical seal servicing and assembling work carried out.
• Ensure safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.
• Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
• Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
• Follow work permit system and PPE.
• Responsible for following Environmental guidelines, EHS guidelines
• Report any incident/accident/near miss/illness to the superiors.
• Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to superiors.Responsible for Up-keep for facility.
