Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Deputy Manager - E&M to oversee day-to-day maintenance of equipment and to coordinate with production teams to resolve issues. The role involves delegating tasks, documenting work orders, and ensuring safe, clean operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating safety and quality audits, validating vendor bills, and overseeing breakdown and planned jobs. Training operators and contract workers, plus updating history records, are part of the job. BE required.

Qualifications

• BE degree holder with engineering background.
• Experience in maintenance and EHS practices preferred.

Responsabilités

• Look after day-to-day maintenance of equipment condition.
• Coordinate with production officers in shifts to solve maintenance problems.
• Delegate work to workers as per planning and attend breakdown jobs.
• Document work orders as prescribed.
• Distribute work orders as prescribed.
• Ensure safe working conditions and clean environmental practices.
• Coordinate quality and safety audits.
• Verify and measure vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
• Ensure completion of breakdown and planned jobs; cross-check.

• To look after day to day maintenance of Equipment’s condition.
• Coordination with Production officers in shift to solve any maintenance problems.
• Delegation of work to workmen as per planning attending to breakdown jobs.
• Documentation of work orders as prescribed.
• Work distribution of work order as prescribed.
• Ensure safe working condition and clean environmental practices.
• Coordinating quality and safety audits.
• Documentation of work order as prescribed.
• Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
• Ensuring completion of breakdown, planned jobs and cross verifying the same.
• Imparts EHS training to operators, helpers and contract worker.
• Report any incident /accident/near miss/illness to the supervisors.

• Review & Revise Engineering sop’s as per current practices.
