Job summary

Getinge in Mumbai seeks an experienced DD and distributor-operations professional to manage end-to-end distribution processes for SAPAC, ensure SOP compliance, and drive ESG activities. You will coordinate with sales, finalize annexures, and oversee distributor onboarding and training programs.

The role requires 3–5 years in DD processes and third‑party audits, with ISO 13485/ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certifications and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of DD processes and third-party audit operations.
• Certified ISO 13485 Internal Auditor and ISO 9001 Internal Auditor.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end DA process for SAPAC.
• Coordinate with sales team and distributors to complete the DDP process.
• Finalize annexures with input from sales (product, pricing, territory, targets).
• Manage onboarding process, including distributor agreements.
• Ensure completion of Ethics & Compliance and other required distributor training.
• Review and update supplier scorecards for SSUs with input from SSU Sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with distributor SOPs.
• Review and analyze SAQ responses (ESG).
• Support distribution management and ESG audit activities.
• Implement and maintain GS QMS procedures (e.g., product training, document and record control).

Job Overview

Manage end-to-end distribution-related processes for SAPAC, including supplier evaluations, ESG assessments, and preparation of distributor scorecards. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with SOPs related to distribution management.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

End-to-End Responsibility for the DA Process: Responsible for managing the DA process across SAPAC

• Initiate DD requests through ICERTIS or any other applicable platform from time to time
• Coordinate with the sales team and potential distributors to complete the DDP process
• Finalize annexures with input from the sales team, including product, pricing, territory, and targets
• Manage the onboarding process, including completion of distributor agreements
• Ensure completion of Ethics & Compliance (E&C) and other mandatory training programs by distributors as required from time to time
• Review and update supplier scorecards for all SSUs with input from the respective SSU Sales teams
• Ensure compliance with all distributor-related SOPs
• Review and analyze SAQ responses (ESG)
• Support other distribution management and ESG audit activities as needed

To ensure requirements of the following GS QMS procedures are implemented and maintained:

• SSU-SOP-0210 Product training Certification
• SSU-SOP-01007-EN Document and Record Control
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• 3–5 years of experience in DD processes and third-party audit operations
• Certified ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 Internal Quality Auditor
