Job summary

Getinge Medical India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes.

You will coordinate audits, distribute SAQ via One Trust, review responses, and identify vendors for ESG audits. The role requires 1–2 years in a QRC-related function, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will support CAPs, ensure audit observations are closed, and assist in distribution management

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role.
• Certified ISO 13485 & 9001 Internal Quality Auditor.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes.
• Distribute SAQ via One Trust.
• Review and analyze SAQ responses.
• Identify vendors for ESG audits and plan audits.
• Record non-compliance observations and develop CAPs.
• Ensure closure of audit observations.
• Audit distributors and support the DDP process.
• Support distribution management and ESG activities as needed.

Job Overview

• Responsible for managing end-to-end third-party supplier and ESG processes

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

Responsible for activities related to supplier audits and ESG evaluation.

• Distribute SAQ via One Trust


• Review & analyze SAQ responses


• Identify vendors for ESG audits


• Plan and coordinate ESG audits


• Record non-compliance observations


• Develop and track Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)


• Ensure closure of audit observations


• Conduct audits of new distributors and subsequent audits as required


• Support the DDP process as required from time to time


• Support other activities related to distribution management, third-party supplier management, and ESG processes as needed

To ensure requirements of the following GS QMS procedures are implemented and maintained:

• SSU-SOP-0210 Product training Certification


• SSU-SOP-01007-EN Document and Record Control


• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills


• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications


• 1-2 years of experience in a QRC-related role


• Certified ISO 13485 & 9001 Internal Quality Auditor
