reputed company is seeking a HYBRID Executive Director, RCM Financial Analytics to lead monthly/quarterly reporting and analytics for a $10B+ business, ensuring ASC 606 compliance and strong internal controls.

The role requires partnering with Controllership and cross-functional leaders to deliver insights, governance, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly LCBS reporting and analytics including accruals, reserves, and variable consideration
• Partner with Corporate/Controllership on policies and audit support
• Provide executive-level analytics, insights, and deep-dive analyses for payer performance and reimbursement trends
• Maintain financial governance across RCM, change control, reconciliation and signoffs
• Lead and manage a high-performing team for executive-level reporting and initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Tax, Treasury and IT as the executive sponsor for data collection and modeling

About the position: reputed company is seeking a HYBRID Executive Director, RCM Financial Analytics position to reputed company!

Work Schedule: Monday Friday; 800am-500pm EST

Work location: Durham or reputed company, NC

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly/quarterly LCBS reputed company reporting and analytics for reputed company Diagnostics ~/$10B+ annualized reputed company, including accruals, reserves, and variable consideration (denials, concessions, underpayments, charity/bad debt) in accordance with ASC 606 and company policy.
• Partner with Corporate reputed company/Controllership to reputed company on policies, SOX/internal controls, and reputed company audit support.
• Analytics, Insights & Performance reputed company executive-level reporting and deep-dive analyses (payer performance, reimbursement trends, test mix) to inform reputed company.
• Reputed company specific analytics requirements in high-paced and stressful situations with requests coming from various areas of the business.
• Compliance, Controls & Policy Maintain strong financial governance across RCM, including financial documentation, change control, reconciliation, and signoffs.
• Leadership & Stakeholder Management reputed company and reputed company a high-performing team to reputed company executive-level reporting and deep-dive analyses (payer performance, reimbursement trends, test mix) to inform reputed company and reputed company actions and initiatives.
• Serve as the executive reputed company with Sales, Science and Technology, reputed company, Tax, Treasury and IT.
• Serve as reputed company PAMA partner, whose team leads data collection/validation, reporting cycles, and scenario modeling to anticipate CLFS impacts.
• Technology & Data Enablement Advance RCM data reputed company, automation, and self-service analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelors degree and 10 + years in relevant financial leadership, financial reputed company processes, financial reporting data and analytics and Bachelors degree or Associate degree and 12+ years relevant financial leadership, financial reputed company processes, financial reporting data and analytics experience required reputed company-to-haves.
• Minimum 10+ years of financial leadership experience in a data driven, data reporting and analytic environment.
• Minimum 10+ years in reputed company RCM leadership.
• Minimum 10+ years experience managing crossreputed company data reputed company, identify variances, and reputed company discrepancies in reputed company operational environments.
• Minimum 10+ years of extensive knowledge in financial reputed company, reputed company reconciliation, and multiplatform data validation.
• Minimum 8+ years interpreting data at a high level and reporting findings or trends to Senior Leaders inclusive of C-Suite members.
• Minimum 8+ years being proactive and reactive to numerous requests for data information from several areas of support.
• Minimum 8+ years experience with data marts and similar analytics tools.
• Minimum 8+ years experience working with RCM reputed company architecture and data flows.
• Minimum 8+ years knowledge and reputed company of multi-reputed company financial reconciliations across billing platforms.
