Job summary

Cycle Management (RCM) is seeking a Director of Business Process Improvement to drive enterprise process transformation. The role partners with operations, IT, analytics, compliance, and executives to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and controls across end-to-end cycle functions.

The position requires strategic leadership, governance development, and hands-on optimization of workflows with a focus on ROI and organizational alignment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, information systems, finance, operations, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, automation, or transformation.
  • 7+ years of leadership managing projects, programs or enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of cycle functions, payer processes and regulatory considerations.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and executive-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Director Business Process Improvement for reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) is responsible for process evaluation and standardization, establishing performance metrics, identifying productivity enhancements, developing and maintaining process documentation, and driving overall reputed company improvement. This role partners closely with operational leaders, IT, analytics, compliance, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce reputed company work, enhance accuracy, strengthen controls, and improve financial reputed company.


The Director Business Process Improvement serves as both a strategic leader and operational architectdriving enterprise process improvement initiatives while ensuring efforts align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and the realities of reputed company operations. This role oversees operational workflows that align with strategic reputed company goals, project prioritization, vendor collaboration and procurement, planning, change management, and long-term optimization efforts across end-to-end reputed company cycle functions.

Process Optimization and Operational reputed company


  • Leads end-to-end process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, and operational risk areas.

  • Standardizes workflows and operational practices to support reputed company automation solutions.

  • Drives Lean, Six reputed company, or reputed company improvement methodologies across RCM operations.

  • Partners with operational leaders to redesign workflows that improve productivity, quality, turnaround time, and employee experience.

  • Develops and monitors KPIs reputed company to automation performance, operational efficiency, financial reputed company, and adoption.



Design and Implementation


  • Defines reputed company problem statements, develops reputed company metrics, and presents reputed company to senior leadership.

Qualifications
