Reporting to the VP & CFO, Care Delivery, this role sets standards, aligns data, and delivers trusted financial information to hospital and service-line leaders across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 12–15 years of finance leadership experience, including FP&A, decision support, or analytics.
• MBA/MHA and corporate finance leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders translating financial analytics into recommendations that support decision-making, reporting, and performance management.
• Lead FP&A to develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans across Care Delivery.
• Oversee Labor Performance Management to monitor productivity, labor cost trends, and efficiency metrics.
• Govern and optimize the Corporate Finance Systems platform to ensure data accuracy and scalability for planning and reporting.
• Define the financial analytics operating model and deliver standardized reporting and self-service BI for executives and leaders.

This role unifies and leads five core finance teams Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance Systems (reputed company), Finance Reporting & Analytics (including Business Intelligence), Decision Support, and Labor Performance Management into a single, cohesive analytics organization. With general direction and high-level autonomy, the Executive Director ensures these teams operate with shared standards, integrated data, and a common set of priorities so that system, hospital, and service-line leaders receive consistent, trustworthy financial information to guide strategic and operational reputed company. This is an reputed company-wide leadership role across BMCHS Care Delivery finance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the VP & CFO, Care Delivery and senior operational leaders, translating reputed company financial and analytic findings into reputed company recommendations that support reputed company decision-making, reputed company reporting, and performance management.
• the Financial Planning and Analysis team in developing the annual operating and capital budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-reputed company financial plans for the Care Delivery reputed company, ensuring alignment with organizational strategic priorities and financial targets.
• the Labor Performance Management team in monitoring productivity, labor cost trends, and reputed company efficiency metrics across Care Delivery, partnering with operational leaders to identify and reputed company labor variance and performance improvement opportunities.
• the Corporate Finance Systems team's administration, governance, and reputed company optimization of the reputed company platform and reputed company finance technology, ensuring system reputed company, data accuracy, and scalability to support reputed company-wide planning and reporting needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
