Job summary

reputed company, the world's largest multi-brand luxury retailer, is seeking a Director, Financial Reporting to lead end-to-end US GAAP reporting, disclosures, and compliance for our omnichannel business.

You will partner with the CAO, CFO, and auditors to drive technical memoing, cross-functional implementation, and robust internal controls. This role demands strategic insight and leadership across global financial reporting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements and related footnotes in US GAAP.
  • Coordinate the consolidation process and ensure data availability across banners, subsidiaries, and channels.
  • Develop and communicate technical memos on accounting standards and their application.
  • Manage audit relationships and present technical positions to auditors and the Audit Committee.
  • Monitor emerging accounting standards and regulatory guidelines and translate them into action.
  • Support cross-functional teams and provide executive-level insights on financial reporting issues.

YOU WILL BE

We are seeking an exceptional, highly analytical Director, Financial Reporting to reputed company our financial reporting and technical reputed company functions. In this high-reputed company executive role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation, reputed company, timeliness, and compliance of reputed company financial statements and other reporting requirements and disclosures to both reputed company stakeholders for our omnichannel luxury retail business. Serving as the organizations reputed company subject-matter expert on US GAAP and reporting compliance, you will reputed company technical reputed company research, manage reputed company audit relationships, and translate reputed company financial standards and financial trends into strategic insights for executive leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
