Job summary

Religare Broking (RBL) is seeking a capable equity broking professional to execute client orders on NSE/BSE, promote research calls, and drive wealth-product distribution. The role requires strong capital market knowledge and client-facing skills.

The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree, NISM 8 certification, and at least 1 year of equity broking experience, with good communication in local language and English and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the orders on behalf of clients.
• Promote research calls to increase trade volume and frequency.
• Punch orders for clients on NSE/BSE terminals.
• Recommend and guide clients on investment strategies.
• Drive distribution through wealth products (MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, CDs, NCDs).
• Monitor client exposure limits.
• Resolve client queries regarding markets and investments.
• Focus on generating new business and client base.
• Ensure all activities adhere to Compliance framework.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Execute the orders on behalf of clients.

Ensure the volume of trade is higher & clients trade frequently.

Promoting research calls to increase volume & frequency of trade.

Maintaining high Activation Ratio and High no. of traded clients.

Punch orders for clients on NSE/ BSE terminals.

Recommending and guiding the clients on investment strategies. Driving distribution business through wealth products like MF, PMS, Insurance, Bonds, Corporate FDs, NCDs and etc.

Monitor client exposure limits.

Solving queries of the clients regards market and investment.

Drive focus on generating new business/client base

Responsible to ensure all activities are in adherence as per Compliance framework.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication (verbal and written) skills
• Ability to speak in local language and English
• Graduate from recognized university or college
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of capital market
• Ideally minimum of 1 year experience in Equity broking
• Holds latest certificate of NISM 8
• Understanding of local market and captive client base
• Should have basic computer knowledge of using email, Microsoft office and etc.

NISM 8 Certificate is Mandatory
