Bajaj Finserv Limited is seeking a Debt Management Specialist to lead the recovery of overdue loan payments and coordinate collections across portfolios in India. You will work with customers, agencies, and internal teams to optimize outcomes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

This role emphasizes target achievement, performance reporting, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve collection rates and maintain accurate records of interactions

• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
• Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
• Case to Case tracking.
• Resolution at per AOP with in agreed timelines.
